Discovering the Drug Development Pathway for Botanicals

Cultivate Biologics is a company focused on bringing certainty and precision in the development of botanical-based drugs, with a current focus on hemp-derived, full spectrum cannabinoids. Cultivate developed a novel process for making botanicals that meets FDA standards for botanical drug applications. Our superior plant breeding program and ability to replicate complex plant extracts with precision make it possible to discover the untapped potential of botanicals for human and animal health.

The Benefits of Nature, the Dependability of Science

Our novel botanical drug development process is capable of characterizing and reproducing complex botanical extracts that consist of thousands of individual compounds with pharmaceutical grade precision. From plant breeding through final processing Cultivate operates under tightly controlled conditions in order to meet FDA’s rigorous chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) criteria for complex botanical extracts.

Precision Agricultural Pipeline

Our wholly owned botanical supply chain creates a closed-loop development process infusing consistency and reliability into a once highly variable botanical extract supply chain.

Botanical Science
Research Collaborations

With mutual objectives to discover the medicinal benefits of botanicals, we not only have our own robust research program pursing botanical drugs for both humans and animals, but we also fund studies and provide materials that accelerate botanical-based drug development using our consistent, research-backed, full spectrum cannabinoid extracts.

Where it Began

Unlocking the Therapeutic Potential of Hemp

Cultivate created a specialized formulation for ElleVet Sciences, which is the only CBD + CBDA product proven to work in multiple clinical trials. This botanical extract changed the trajectory of veterinary science to support joint, skin, and neuro health in dogs.

We are currently conducting clinical studies to pursue similar breakthroughs in human health.
